- Sweetgrass has a long history of traditional use with sacred significance by North American First Nations. Description
Hydrosols, also known as hydrolats, are aqueous solutions created when distilling essential oils. They are most often used as refreshing skin toners, or as the water component in skincare.
Shelf Life: One year before it starts to change/lose potency. Best stored in a cool (nonfluctuating temperature) and dark environment.
Storage: To keep fresh, store in a fridge, or a cool, dark place. Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product.
Suggested Use
The intention for using this hydrosol will vary with each individual, but for many, it is helpful to simply begin with quiet breathing to center oneself. With respectful intention, spray this hydrosol around your body and environment.
As a Toner: Close eyes & spray directly onto skin and hair.
DIY Creams & Lotions: Use in place of the water component in your formula.
